Driver Transportation Services Agreement - Mashawir Driver
This agreement governs the relationship between an independent Driver and the Mashawir platform when using Mashawir Driver to receive and complete trip requests. By creating a Driver account or going online, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement.
1. Independent status
You provide transportation as an independent service provider. Using Mashawir does not create an employment, agency, or employer-employee relationship with Mashawir unless applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Account eligibility and documents
You must provide accurate and current information and submit a driver's license, vehicle information, insurance, and any documents Mashawir requires. You must renew documents before they expire and may not use an unapproved account or vehicle.
3. Vehicle and safety
You must use the registered and approved vehicle on your account, keep it roadworthy and clean, follow traffic and safety laws, and never drive when your ability to operate safely is impaired.
4. Accepting and completing trips
You choose when to go online. After accepting a trip, you must travel to the pickup point, treat the Rider respectfully, take an appropriate route, update every trip stage accurately in the app, and never complete a trip in the app before it has actually ended.
5. Location and tracking
Going online and receiving trips requires location permission and GPS. You agree to transmit the vehicle location while online and during trips so Mashawir can show available vehicles, match a nearby Driver, provide live tracking, support safety, and operate the service.
6. Fares and collection
Fares are calculated under the approved pricing rules and may include a base fare, distance, time, waiting, surge, and additional fees. You must follow the payment method assigned to the trip and accurately confirm its completion and collection status.
7. Commission and wallet
You authorize deduction of the disclosed platform commission and applicable fees from your wallet. You must maintain the required minimum balance. A low or frozen balance may prevent new trip requests without affecting a trip already in progress.
8. Cancellations and violations
You must not repeatedly reject or cancel trips in an abusive manner, manipulate the system, or arrange to complete a received trip outside Mashawir. Mashawir may review cancellations and reports and take appropriate action.
9. Conduct and ratings
You must act respectfully and must not discriminate, harass, abuse, or share Rider data outside the purpose of the trip. Your service is subject to ratings and reports, and Mashawir may review your performance or request additional information or documents.
10. Account and data protection
You must protect your sign-in credentials and may not allow another person to use your account. Your information, documents, location, and trip data are processed under the Privacy Policy published in Mashawir Driver.
11. Suspension and termination
Mashawir may suspend or restrict your account or terminate this agreement for expired documents, false information, unsafe conduct, fraud, platform misuse, or violations of law or Mashawir policies. You may contact support to appeal or request review.
12. Changes and contact
Mashawir may update this agreement and publish the new version in the app. Continuing to use Mashawir Driver after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Contact Mashawir through the official in-app support channels.
